No accounts, no payments, and no analytics at all unless you say OK.

There are no accounts on this site. No login, no payment, no profile. We do not sell data about you, and most people who read this site are never identified by us at all.
We use Mixpanel to see which pages get used. It loads only after you press OK on the banner at the bottom of the page. Press No thanks and no analytics script is loaded at all.
When it is on, it records the pages you open, what you click and a replay of your session, on Mixpanel's EU servers. Your answer is remembered in your own browser under dp_site_consent_v1, so you are asked once. To change it, clear this site's storage in your browser and answer again.
The contact form on the company page takes a name, an email address and a message. Our own handler sends it straight to Harsh as a Telegram message. It is not put in a database and it does not pass through a third party form service.
Email to harsh@datapitch.co.uk arrives the ordinary way and sits in that mailbox.
A few features remember your own choices on your device, not on our servers: your analytics answer, the picks in your slip, the locks you set on the futures board, whether you have seen the intro, and the name or handle you can print on a share card. Clearing this site's storage removes all of them.
When you make a share card, the page sends the rows you picked, and the name or handle if you filled one in, to our own renderer so it can draw the image. It draws the image and keeps nothing.
The server hosting this site keeps ordinary web request logs, which include the network address the request came from, the page and the time. They are for keeping the site up and secure.
Those are run by other companies under their own privacy policies. If you join one of our channels, we can see what your account shows there and whatever you send us, and so can they.
If you are in the UK or the EU you have rights over personal data we hold about you, including asking for a copy of it and asking us to delete it. Write to harsh@datapitch.co.uk and we will answer.
We update this page when what the site does changes. The date at the top is the last time it did.
